I must say I have to gush about Kim and Mark every time someone asks me where we board our Oslo. Oslo has stayed at most of the local kennels and none of them compare to Kildare. They have a laid back feeling about them but at the same time they are very organised and caring people. Oslo has been treated like one of the family since day one and he has been going there 3-4 times a year for a couple of years. Mark and Kim have gone out of their way to make sure he is well taken care of. When we go on vacation, Oslo goes on vacation!!!

Aug 10, 2013. We just got back from our vacation in Thornbury, ON for a week and picked up Mandy (American Cocker Spaniel) from Kildare Kennels and just wanted to thank Mark and Kim for the excellent job they did of taking care of our 15 year old Mandy. they took her for short walks, fed her and kept her kennel spotless. Also took her for short walks and kept her company. They are very professional and come high recommended from us. We will continue to use Kildare as Mark and Kim treat our Mandy as family. Thank you again.

We just adopted our second male pug from Margaret on (Tue May 28, 2013). Couldn't be happier. What a beautiful little man he is! We named him "Thor"; after an alien character on Stargate SG-1 (not The Avengers character) ... as his look is so alien-like. Thor's (2) Boston Terrier sisters and French Bulldog brother welcomed him to his forever home. They have all been getting along very well, as if they've been together for years. Thor is such a saucy little guy, and lets us know when he wants something. This is our second pug from Margaret, with our first being adopted in late 1998. We are extremely pleased to have been able to adopt another one of Kildare's finest. Thank you so much Margaret!

We just got back from vacation today and picked up Mandy (American Cocker Spaniel) from Kildare Kennels. Our Mandy had a great time there and the facilities are wonderful. A very clean indoor/outdoor run. Well attended by Mark and Kim who took care of our Mandy and made her fell like she was at home. Great rates, clean and well taken care of kennels. If you want your pet taken care of in a place that makes you fell good knowing your pet (member of the family) is well taken care of. Highly recommended by us. Thanks.

On (Oct. 15, 1998) I adopted "Kildare's Morgan", a male pug, from Margaret. His name suited him so well, and I decided to keep it (as: Morgan). Morgan was my first dog since moving away from my parents. As a child, I grew up with a beautiful Boston Terrier (named Humphrey). Sadly, in the early morning of (Sat. Jun. 16, 2012), Morgan passed away in his sleep. Morgan gave me just shy of (14) years of absolutely joy. Morgan was always with me, by my side, on my lap, in my bed, on my couch, helping me eat my dinner, etc. Yesterday, I lost my "best friend", and the heartbreak is absolutely unimaginable. I hope to be fortunate enough to adopt another of Margaret's pugs from one of their next few litters. I too would highly recommend Margaret's pugs. Morgan was the most adorable, well-behaved, loveable, cuddly, understanding, considerable, etc. "best friend" one could ever hope for. Morgan made my life complete, and I hope I made his the same.
